A residential area in Donetsk was hit by a Tochka-U tactical missile equipped with cluster munitions. According to Igor Konashenkov, a spokesman for the Russian Defense Ministry, the shelling was carried out from the Krasnoarmeysk region, which is controlled by Kiev.
