The humanitarian situation in Ukraine is deteriorating, and in some cities of the country it has become catastrophic. This was stated by the head of the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev.
“Unfortunately, the humanitarian situation in Ukraine continues to deteriorate rapidly, and in some cities it has reached catastrophic proportions,” Mizintsev said.
According to him, the civilian population is forced to survive in inhuman conditions (without heat, water supply, medicines). He accused the Kyiv authorities of shifting responsibility for shelling and destruction to the Russian Armed Forces. “At the same time, all these outrages — mining, explosions, equipping firing points in residential areas, hospitals, schools, kindergartens — are taking place in front of living witnesses who will sooner or later tell the world the whole truth about this tragedy,” he added.
In addition, Mizintsev said that the law enforcement and judicial systems of Ukraine are paralyzed and do not work.
