The administration of the Volgograd region announced the death of a paratrooper from Kamyshin in a special operation in Ukraine

During a special Russian military operation in Ukraine, 27-year-old paratrooper Roman Filatov from the city of Kamyshin, Volgograd region, was killed. It is reported by V1.ru with reference to the city administration.

Roman Filatov was born on April 25, 1994 in the city of Kamyshin, Volgograd Region. He served as a contract soldier in the airborne troops. The date of the funeral has not yet been determined. Filatov became the 13th dead soldier from the Volgograd region.

A day earlier, it became known about the death of senior sergeant Sergei Miller. On the last journey, it is carried out on March 12 in the Kotovsky district.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that more than 7 million rubles would be paid to family members of servicemen who died in the operation in Ukraine; the wounded will receive an additional payment of 3 million rubles.
