The head of the Khiva region, Yarmet Yarmetov, expressed his condolences to the families and friends of fellow countryman Gadzhimurad Farzaliyev, who died during a Russian military special operation in Ukraine. The text of the appeal of the head of the region is published by Khiva News.
Yarmetov also noted that, unfortunately, there is more and more news about the tragic death of Russian citizens during a special operation in Ukraine.
Gadzhimurad Farzaliev, a native of the village of Furdag, Khiva region, served under a contract, was a squad leader, commander of a combat vehicle. Gadzhimurad was 42 years old, he left behind a wife and four children.
Earlier, the heads of the Ryazan Region, the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, Tatarstan, the Saratov Region, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Chelyabinsk Region, Mordovia, the Bryansk Region, the Jewish Autonomous Region, the Caucasian Region of the Kuban, the Volgograd Region and other regions of Russia reported losses in the military operation.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said that more than 7 million rubles would be paid to family members of servicemen who died in the operation in Ukraine; the wounded will receive an additional payment of 3 million rubles.
Recall that on February 24, Putin made an emergency appeal to the Russians and announced a special military operation in the Donbass. In his speech, he stated that “circumstances require decisive action from Russia.” According to Putin, “Russia will not allow Ukraine to have nuclear weapons.”
