An administrative fine was imposed on a woman for displaying a poster with campaigning against a special operation in Ukraine at the Teatralnaya metro station in the capital.
As explained in the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow, “it was established that a 41-year-old citizen, being on the platform of the Teatralnaya metro station, demonstrated posters with anti-war propaganda, having committed public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Russian Armed Forces, which are conducting a special operation on the basis of a decision of the President of the Russian Federation and a resolution of the Federation Council.
Perovsky District Court of the capital on the basis of an administrative protocol drawn up by police officers under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the RF Armed Forces in order to protect the interests of the country and its citizens), a decision was made to impose an administrative fine of 50 thousand rubles.
