According to the investigation, the defendant, being a seller in one of the mobile phone stores, in December 2020 issued a credit card in a false name, indicating in the application the passport and personal data of the client who had previously bought goods on credit in the store. According to the press service of the prosecutor’s office, the criminal case has been sent to the Krasnogvardeisky District Court for consideration on the merits.
Earlier, a janitor at the Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences in St. Petersburg gave a brokerage firm about 2 million rubles in the hope of earning money, but was left with nothing.
