Plane that will bring Ecuadorians who lived in Ukraine began a trip to pick them up

This Thursday morning, the Ecuadorian Foreign Minister, Juan Carlos Holguín, indicated that the humanitarian flight that will bring the first group of Ecuadorians residing in Ukraine has already left Madrid, Spain, bound for Budapest, Hungary, and from there it will arrive in Warsaw, Poland. , where he will pick up compatriots.

The aircraft is an Airbus A330-300 of the Spanish airline World2Fly, specialized in long trips, usually from Europe to the Caribbean.

According to the foreign minister, on this first trip, 350 Ecuadorians will arrive in Quito on Friday between 06:00 and 10:00.

It was also reported that buses with Ecuadorians are already on their way to Warsaw.

For the arrival of the nationals a security operation will be carried out with the leadership of the International Red Cross. “So that it can receive students not only with physical and emotional accompaniment, but also by implementing, through inter-ministerial and inter-institutional coordination, so that the boys who come on that flight can leave expressly and meet their families”, detailed Holguín last Wednesday, who ratified that “there will be no Ecuadorian who does not have access to a humanitarian flight”.
