In St. Petersburg, protesters continue to be detained on the streets of the city. As the correspondent of Rosbalt reports, the security forces are pursuing individual columns of residents, which formed after the partial dispersal of the event near Gostiny Dvor.
Special equipment was seen on Vosstaniya Square, near Anichkov Bridge and Gostiny Dvor. The vehicles of the security forces partially interfere with the movement of cars.
“Initially, the detentions were accompanied by music at Gostinka. Lots of arrests. After the crowd moved towards Liteiny, detentions took place at Liteiny, an eyewitness said. – At the corner of Radishchev and Kirochnaya, the security forces blocked Radishchev, but did not see any arrests. The crowd quickly turned around and left in the direction of Suvorovsky Prospekt. The most brutal thing I have seen: the detention of a small group of people on Novgorodskaya Street. The guys were walking outside the crowd, 4 cars stopped. The guys started to detain. Physical force was used. The girl screamed angrily. As a result, they were “packed” and taken away.”
Recall that the action against the special operation in Ukraine began in the afternoon near Gostiny Dvor. The protesters were then forced into the surrounding streets.
