They shoot in the south of Guayaquil a man who had been released from prison three months ago

A young man was gunned down by gunmen in La Fragata, in the south of Guayaquil, on the afternoon of this Wednesday, February 23.

The 22-year-old individual, with the support of another person, was carrying belongings to the outside of a home when the attack occurred, on the streets 7th alley 49 SW and av. 10, a few meters from the parish church of Nuestra Señora del Rosario de Pompeya.

Two subjects arrived on a motorcycle and got off to repeatedly attack the young man.

The victim’s body was left lying between the sidewalk and the roadway of 7th Alley 49 SW.

Police personnel explained that the victim had been released from prison three months ago and was a tenant of the property.
