Around 4:00 p.m. this Saturday, February 19, 2022, a traffic accident between a bus from the Cayambe cooperative and a car in the industry Guayllabamba, northeast of Quito.
According to the press release issued by the Integrated Security Service ECU911, as a result of this incident recorded on road E28 two people died and 13 were injured.
Quito and Cayambe Fire Department carried out extraction of two people who were trapped inside the bus. In addition, the injured were taken to different health centers.
The bus ended up overturned on the road. The red car was destroyed, product of the impact with the bus.
Until the publication of this informative note, the authorities reported that the via E28 in the Y of Cusubamba is closed for the work of assistance and cleaning in the place.
