The lawyer of the parents of a schoolboy from Arkhangelsk published a video of a conflict between a teacher and a student.
According to News29.ru, the incident occurred in early November. According to police, there was a fight between two boys in the classroom, the teacher tried to separate the children. However, one of them threw a chair in the direction of the teacher, as well as a box of paints, while using foul language and insulting the teacher.
In response, the woman led the violent schoolboy into the corridor. This part of the conflict also fell into the view of the surveillance camera. The teacher held the guy by the neck, then he fell to the floor.
The police refused to open a criminal case due to the lack of corpus delicti in the actions of an employee of an educational institution. The juvenile commission issued a warning to the boy.
The boy’s mother turned to a lawyer who posted a video from the hallway. According to his version, the teacher choked the boy, he even fell for a few seconds and lost consciousness. There were bruises on the student’s neck.
The prosecutor’s office is now investigating.
