According to witnesses, the two citizens were talking about a sidewalk in the area, when they were surprised by several individuals who arrived on a motorcycle, who shot them and then fled.
Members of Criminalistics and the National Directorate of Violent Deaths (Dinased) came to the sector to collect ballistic evidence and take versions of witnesses.
