The video message from the head of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic, Leonid Pasechnik, appears to have been recorded as early as February 16. This was reported today by a number of media outlets, including NewsFrol.

The publication wrote that if you download Pasechnik’s statement about the evacuation, then in the meta-data you can see the date the video file was created: 02/16/2022.

“This suggests that a few days ago the authorities of the LPR already knew something, but were silent,” writes the media.

According to the NEXTA Telegram channel, the folder on the computer from where the video message was downloaded is called “Mongoose Throw”.

The situation is similar with the appeal of the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin.

Rosbalt was convinced that this was indeed the case.

Earlier today, we recall, the leaders of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics announced the start of the evacuation of residents to Russia. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the DPR, it is planned to transport up to 700 thousand people to the Russian Federation. An operational headquarters was created in the Rostov region.

The authorities of Abkhazia, Kaluga, Penza, Vladimir regions and Crimea announced their readiness to accept residents of Donbass.
