Vishnevsky: Mass evacuation is a provocation of war

Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg Boris Vishnevsky considers the emergency evacuation of residents of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics a provocation of war. The deputy wrote about this on VKontakte.

“The aggressor always tries to give the impression before an attack that he is only forced to ‘respond’. And he is white and fluffy. We are invited to believe that the Ukrainian authorities waited for 150,000 Russian military men to pull up to the Ukrainian border, for Russian President Vladimir Putin to announce “exercises” with launches of ballistic and cruise missiles – and then they decided to start the forceful liberation of Donbass? That is, to believe that Ukraine is led by suicides?” – writes the deputy.

He considers it irrational to assume that the evacuation of 700,000 people and the allocation of 10,000 rubles each from the Russian budget were spontaneous.

“When real disasters happened in Russia itself, who remembers that the president made decisions about assistance and about allocating money to their victims with such cosmic speed?” Wisniewski noted. He believes that “a bad performance is being played.”

“Grigory Yavlinsky is right when he says that intimidation by war and appeals to recognize the independence of the DPR and LPR are proof that the lives and fates of the inhabitants of Donbass are, in fact, indifferent to the Russian authorities, their goal is not to protect people, but to put Kiev on your knees,” Boris Vishnevsky is sure.

He also recalled that a few days before the start of the Russian-Georgian war in 2008, children and women began to be evacuated from Tskhinvali. “Then no one foresaw what would happen next. More precisely, almost no one, except for those who prepared in advance “forcing Georgia to peace”,” the deputy wrote.
