In the Rostov region, activist Elena Khatlamadzhiyan received an official response from the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, which states that there are no bomb shelters for the civilian population in the region. This is reported by the website Privet-Rostov.
According to the activist, she wanted to receive from the department a list of addresses where bomb shelters are located. The answer came from the department, but instead of addresses there was information that these protective structures were intended for “the largest working shift of organizations classified as civil defense.” The ministry also emphasized that only a limited circle of people have addresses of bomb shelters.
In case of emergencies, residents of the region were advised to listen to the sirens, as well as turn on the TV and follow the recommendations of the announcers.
“We all disperse to dig holes!” the activist joked, reminding Rostovites of the common phrase about saving drowning people. In the meantime, the most active residents of the region online offer to independently look for Soviet maps indicating the addresses of shelters, come to the place and check whether it will be possible to hide in these bomb shelters in case of emergency.
Earlier, we recall, a resident of Rostov-on-Don posted on the Avito private announcement website a “bunker-type shelter” in which, according to him, there is everything for survival for a couple of years.
The announcement states that the bunker can be rented (for six months – 15 million rubles), as well as arrange photo shoots and filming there for a fee. According to the owner, the modernization of the shelter continues, and soon it will be possible to remove it from the ground in an improved form and set it afloat. The price of the object without modification will be 10 million rubles.
