Ivan Reitman, director of Ghostbusters and producer of Beethoven, has died in the US. He was 75 years old.
The death of the director, who died in his sleep at his home, was reported by the Associated Press. Reitman’s cause of death is unknown.

Ivan Reitman is a native of Czechoslovakia whose family emigrated to Canada in 1950. In addition to “Ghostbusters”, the director’s fame was brought by such films as “Twins”, “Kindergarten Cop”, “Junior” and others.
