Only 20% of men are sure that female colleagues cope worse with their professional duties. At the same time, as a survey conducted by the SuperJob service showed, almost every second man (48%) confirmed that the quality of work of female colleagues corresponds to his level, and 6% believe that women work better.

At the same time, only 3% of women agreed that men in their workforce are better at their job. Half of the respondents noted that they work with men on an equal footing, 22% said that male colleagues work worse.

The older women are, the more often they believe that they are better at work than colleagues of the opposite sex. In men, the opposite trend is observed: with age, they are less likely to think that they work better than women.

Analysts also revealed the dependence of gender criticism on the level of income: the higher it is, the more both women and men tend to criticize the professionalism of colleagues of the opposite sex.

“In the 11 years that have passed since a similar study was conducted, men have become less likely to criticize the work of female colleagues, and neutral and laudatory reviews have increased by a quarter. Women, on the contrary, are less likely to say that male colleagues work better or on an equal footing with them, and a little more often to criticize the representatives of the stronger sex, ”SuperJob noted.
