The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (Inamhi) issued a short-term forecast in which it indicates that between the night of this Wednesday the 9th and the early hours of Thursday the 10th there will be moderate to punctual heavy rains in the interior of the Coast. These episodes could be concentrated in the provinces of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, Los Ríos, north of Guayas and in the interior of Manabí, places where there could be occasional electrical storms.

Coastal Region
Cloudy with clear, scattered rains, greater intensity to the north and interior of the region with isolated electrical storms.
Sierra Region
Cloudy varying to occasional partial cloudy, isolated rains and drizzles, mainly to the north and south of the region. Fog in the foothills of the mountain range.
Amazon Region
Cloudy with intervals of sunshine, scattered rains, mainly in the foothills of the mountain range.
Island region
Partly cloudy with occasional increased cloudiness, isolated drizzles. Occasional bursts. (I)
