The ex-wife of a businessman and son of the ex-Prosecutor General of Russia Artem Chaika Marina, who had previously reported threats from her ex-husband and who was abducted by unknown people, left Moscow. Znak.com was told about this by lawyer Ekaterina Gordon.

According to the interlocutor of the agency, Marina Chaika now lives in her hometown – Tomsk.

Gordon added that now the investigation into the kidnapping “has stalled.”

“We have contacted the TFR many times, but there is probably some kind of resource that is included. Guess which one. But there are no answers (from the department), ”Gordon said, adding that there are no conclusions about what was done.

Recall that in the summer of 2020, Marina Chaika published a video message. In it, she spoke about the threats from her ex-husband. The woman admitted that he threatened to take away their common children after the divorce. Artem and Marina divorced on July 30, 2020.

In January 2021, Ekaterina Gordon reported that Marina Chaika “was kidnapped by unknown people in masks.” According to Gordon, unknown people kept Marina in the basement for several hours. According to Gordon, the abductors allegedly introduced themselves as “FSB or FSO officers” and “handcuffed Marina Chaika, took away her phone and ‘drank something’.” After that, the attackers asked the woman about the real estate of her ex-husband, his business. In the morning they released Marina Chaika.

Chaika herself added that after the interrogation, they again put a hat on her, put her in a car and drove her to her house. Once at home, the kidnapped person contacted a lawyer and applied to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

In February last year, Gordon reported that employees of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation were conducting a pre-investigation check into the fact of her abduction.
