From February 21, Russians will be able to receive QR codes based on the results of an antibody test. This is reported in the order of the Ministry of Health, published on the Internet portal of legal information.

The document states that such certificates will be valid for six months from the date of the test result, and the certificate itself will be generated no later than three days from the moment the necessary information is entered into the Single Portal. If a citizen, along with an antibody test, provides a positive PCR test, then the QR code will be valid for a year.

Assistant Minister of Health of Russia Alexei Kuznetsov, in an interview with RIA Novosti, explained that there are no requirements for the level of antibodies to coronavirus to obtain a certificate, it is enough that they simply exist.

According to the federal operational headquarters for combating COVID-19, 165,643 cases of coronavirus infection were registered in Russia over the past day.

Previously, opponents of QR codes and other covid restrictions lost a lawsuit against the administration of St. Petersburg. Petersburgers, we recall, filed several lawsuits at once, which were subsequently merged into one legal proceeding. According to the applicants, covid restrictions in the Northern capital are contrary to the norms of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, laws on protecting the health of citizens and other legal acts. The documents mentioned a request to cancel the “curfew” for catering at night, as well as to recognize the rules on QR codes for businesses and citizens as illegal.
