A petition appeared on the Change.org platform demanding the reinstatement of trade union activists – paramedics of the Ishimbay Central District Hospital in Bashkiria.

As reported, the leaders of the cell of the Trade Union of Medical Workers “Action” in the hospital Ramil Razyapov, Vera Vysogorets and Albina Abrdrakhmanova were fired on February 5. This happened after 45 employees of the emergency department of the Ishimbay Central District Hospital announced an Italian strike. Doctors are dissatisfied with the hardest working conditions and unworthy low wages. The salary of paramedics of mobile teams is now 14.5 thousand rubles, for drivers – 5.7 thousand rubles.

“It was worth the workers to unite and just declare that they also have rights and they want to work according to the law, declaring an Italian strike, that is, work according to all the rules and instructions. And here the heads of health suffered! The simple workers of the emergency department of the Ishimbay hospital did not hear any accusations against them, including from their really respected colleagues in high positions, ”the text of the petition says.

The authors and signatories demand that the orders to dismiss Ramil Razyapov, Vera Vysogorets and Albina Abdrakhmanova be canceled and reinstated in their jobs. “We also declare our support for the demands of the medical workers of the ambulance department of the Ishimbay Central District Hospital! The Constitution of Russia gives every citizen the right to receive high-quality and affordable medical care! A physician should not be a beggar, and a poor physician cannot provide normal human medical care! Hands off medical activists!” the petition says.

“It’s a shame for our medicine … Only ministers and chief doctors live happily ever after, who don’t care about anything, and only fill their pockets … but real Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics are a pity as human beings, they are hostages of the entire healthcare system, or rather its remnants … “- writes one of the signatories, Vladimir Stepanov, explaining his position.
