Sergei Babinets himself reports this in his Telegram channel. At the same time, he emphasizes that investigators are obliged to investigate an emergency of this kind at the place of its commission, and not at the place of residence or work of its active participants.

Currently, Zarema Musayeva, accused of using violence against a representative of the authorities, is under arrest and will stay in a pre-trial detention center until April 1. Her husband and children, including the defendant’s middle son Ibragim Yangulbaev, who was put on the federal wanted list, left the territory of Russia. The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, who has already stated that the family of the former judge belongs “either in prison or underground,” believes that the woman “earned” a real term, and a petition initiated by opposition politician Ilya Yashin appeared on the Internet for Kadyrov’s resignation.
