TV presenter and doctor Elena Malysheva spoke about three useful anti-aging products rich in vitamins and microelements.
According to her, “superfoods” for fighting aging are yeast, lamb and beef. During his TV program “Live great!” Malysheva advised Russians to use yeast, which contains a lot of vitamin B2, or riboflavin. At the same time, the physician clarified that the yeast should first be diluted in warm water.
Speaking about the benefits of lamb, the physician noted that 100 grams of this meat contains 270% of the daily intake of vitamin B2. Malysheva’s colleague, pediatric immunologist Andrey Prodeus, said that beef is “200% of the daily requirement,” and only 50 grams of red meat is needed to compensate for the dose of riboflavin.
Previously, Malysheva named three ways to lower cholesterol without drugs, as well as an unobvious sign of myocardial infarction. The medic also listed taboo foods after being vaccinated against the coronavirus.
