In the last years of their life together, the relationship between the composer Alexander Gradsky and his wife Marina Kotashenko “gave a crack.” They lived separately, the artist’s housekeeper said in the Fifth Channel program “Gossip”.

According to her, Gradsky and his wife saw each other three times a week. The rest of the days Kotashenko spent in a country mansion, and Gradsky in his Moscow apartment. At the same time, Kotashenko was always under the strict control of the composer.

He himself did not indulge his wife with expensive outfits, he did not take vacations to foreign resorts, but to Simferopol, he did not like to waste money, the housekeeper said. Kotashenko allegedly even had to sell his and children’s things on the Internet in order to have some money on hand.

At the same time, in recent years, Gradsky nevertheless bought an apartment for his wife, and at the same time for all his children, as well as nine land plots with a total area of ​​ten thousand square meters.

Note that Gradsky met Kotashenko by chance – she was walking along the new Arbat when the musician was driving a car. Together they lived for 17 years, despite the age difference of 31 years, they had two sons.
