The foods that make up fast food can support the inflammatory processes caused in the body by the coronavirus. The nutritionist and nutritionist Yulia Bobeyka told the Moslent website about this.

According to Yulia, during the recovery period after a coronavirus infection, you should exclude burgers, french fries, convenience foods, as well as any fast carbohydrates from your menu. To quickly recover from illness, you need to follow a diet with a high protein content.

Bobeyka explained that all human cells are made of protein molecules, so to help the body “build” them again after an illness, it is better to focus on broths (if cholesterol is normal), offal and dietary meat. As a side dish to rabbit meat or veal, the nutritionist advises serving sauerkraut (cucumbers, tomatoes or other products from the barrel), as well as seasonal vegetables.

Since fat is needed to restore the alveoli of the lungs, Julia advises buying high-quality butter and homemade eggs. Finally, she reminded of the need to drink clean water and monitor sleep patterns – immunity, according to Bobeiko, is restored precisely at night, due to melatonin. The expert advises falling asleep before 23:00.
