A resident of the Altai Territory, arrested in the case of bullying the children of his companion, has already been sentenced to two years in prison for beating these children. This, as reported by TASS, was stated by the Assistant Prosecutor of the region for interaction with the media and the public, Maria Antoshkina.
“Prior to this, another case of violence against these children was investigated against the stepfather. It was established that in April 2021, with a plastic bottle for educational purposes, he deliberately inflicted multiple blows on children of five and six years old. More than 20 injuries were found on the body of each of the children,” she said.
The man was found guilty on two counts under Part 2 of Art. 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Intentional infliction of moderate bodily harm with the use of an object used as a weapon”).
Earlier, in the village of Seleznevo, Altai Territory, a child was found without clothes and shoes in the cold. Two criminal cases were initiated – against a mother of many children and her cohabitant, as well as on the fact of negligence of employees of the bodies for the prevention of neglect of minors. The mother of three children and her partner were arrested, the children were removed from the family.
