The report reported that Katerina Bosov is a defendant in two criminal cases: about bringing her husband Dmitry Bosov to suicide and about fraudulent actions to seize Sibanthracite shares. The investigation of both criminal cases, it was noted in the story, is under the control of the Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov. According to TV journalist Maxim Gladky, the first case was initiated after a scam with 43% of the shares, which were registered through a notary as a marital share, was revealed. As Dmitry Konstantinov, adviser to the international law firm Ilyashev & Partners, explained in the program, if tangible assets were created before marriage, then, from the point of view of the law, they are not joint property of the spouses, but fall into the estate and are divided equally among all heirs.

The very fact that such “certificates” can be obtained in Russia, although the yard is no longer in the 90s, is extremely surprising.”
