One suspect died, another was injured and three more were arrested unharmed after shooting at the uniformed men.
Agents of the Judicial Police were carrying out intelligence work in the Tulipanes cooperative, in Guasmo, when they saw a group of criminals who entered to assault the users of a cyber in the sector.
It happened at 1:20 p.m. on Thursday and, according to police reports, the police intervened in the assault and were shot by the thieves. After that, they would have fired their supply weapons against the suspects who tried to flee.
The shooting left one suspect dead and another wounded. In addition, three alleged criminals who were unharmed were arrested at the scene.
The mortal victim was inside a golden car and would have received several gunshot wounds. The policemen were unharmed.
