And during his mission in the countries of the Persian Gulf, the prince was even nicknamed “His Highness the buffoon”, including because of the constant desire to do everything not according to the protocol.

We will remind, the son of the British Queen Elizabeth II, 61-year-old Andrew became a defendant in a civil case on charges of sexual violence. His accuser Victoria Giuffre said she was forced to have sex with the prince at the age of 17. At the same time, they met through the financier Jeffrey Epstein, convicted of pedophilia.

A week ago, Buckingham Palace, amid a scandal, deprived Andrew of royal patronage and military ranks.

In 2019, the prince gave an interview to the BBC, in which he tried to prove his innocence, but failed completely. After the interview, he had to step down as a member of the royal family and go into the shadows.

Andrew was a close friend of financier Jeffrey Epstein. The latter was accused of creating a criminal network engaged in the sexual exploitation of underage girls. In 2019, Epstein was arrested, he subsequently committed suicide without waiting for the trial. In December 2021, a jury found his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell guilty of forcing minors into prostitution.
