The Presnensky Court of Moscow took away parental rights from residents of the capital Yuri Zinkin and Tatyana Maksimova, whose daughter was in the private clinic “Mother and Child” from birth and lived there for almost six years.
This was reported in the press service of the court. Thus, the court satisfied the claim of the department of social protection of the population of the Arbat district of the Central Administrative District of Moscow.
The lawsuit stated that the girl does not form a normal connection with her parents for her age, and she is also deprived of the opportunity to communicate with peers and socialize. In February 2020, by a court decision, the child was transferred to guardianship authorities, the Moskva agency reports.
Recall that since March 2019, the perinatal medical center has been suing the girl’s parents, demanding that the child be taken away from the institution. All these years, parents paid for their daughter’s accommodation in a separate room, as well as for babysitting services. According to media reports, the mother believed that the girl’s health was in danger outside the hospital.
