The Human Rights Council is developing a program of action for the further education and preservation of the psychological health of nine-year-old student of Moscow State University Alisa Teplyakova. The plan may appear as early as next week, Alexander Asmolov, a member of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights (HRC), told RIA Novosti.

Earlier, he sent a letter to the chairman of the HRC Valery Fadeev with a request to take control of the situation with the girl’s education at the university and recommended that her education be suspended. The press service of the Commissioner for Children’s Rights in the Russian Federation, Maria Lvova-Belova, suggested using an individual curriculum.

Asmolov added that the issue of creating a special commission to resolve the situation is being prepared.

Earlier, the Faculty of Psychology of Moscow State University issued a statement complaining about pressure from the Teplyakova family.

Recall that the child prodigy Alisa Teplyakova passed the exam at the age of eight and entered the paid department of the psychology faculty of Moscow State University. At the end of the year, Father Teplyakov started a fight in the building of the Faculty of Psychology, where students, including his daughter, were taking an exam. The student’s father said that his child was deliberately “failed” in the exam.

The faculty complains that publications by the Teplyakov family contain information discrediting the honor and dignity of Moscow University, its staff and students.
