Regarding the carrying of the vaccination card, private companies and local individuals are “exhorted” to request it before entering.
While in municipal entities and public companies attached as ETAPA, EMOV or EMAC, telecommuting will be applied with the offer that this will not affect attention to citizens. The authorities recalled that virtual channels are available for any payment or procedure, such as the “Cuenca en Línea” mobile application and other digital channels.

Here that includes the correct use of the mask in public space, disinfection and guaranteeing social distancing in different spaces.
An additional aspect described in the cantonal COE session is that the resolutions of the previous session held on January 11 remain in force. This is suspending land use authorizations for the development of public events and mass attendance of people.
In addition, request users of public transport such as urban buses and the tram to carry the vaccination card for use in all modalities, not as an obligation, but “in case of possible random controls carried out by the control entities.”
Finally, inside the Terrestrial Terminal, to get on the units, the user will have to comply with the following procedure: acquire their ticket for intraprovincial and interprovincial transport, after presenting their identity card and vaccination card.
The transport units can even verify through the page of the Ministry of Public Health (MSP), the EMOV EP will articulate the corresponding control operations. (I)
