Russia has nothing to do with hacker attacks on Ukrainian government sites. This, according to TASS, in an interview with CNN, said the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.

“We have seen these messages. We have nothing to do with this. Russia has nothing to do with these cyber attacks,” he said.

Peskov also added that the tension on the border with Ukraine is excessive, so Russia insists on a specific response to its proposals for security guarantees.

“We have too much tension in this part of Europe. And, of course, this automatically causes more problems, so it is extremely dangerous for our continent. It is for this reason that we insist on getting a direct answer to our concerns, a very specific answer to our very specific proposals,” he added.

Earlier, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) reported a hacker attack on a number of government websites, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education. The SBU claims that hackers posted provocative messages on the main page of the hacked sites. Leakage of personal data, according to preliminary information, did not happen.
