Queen Elizabeth II stripped Prince Andrew accused of rape of his title, military ranks and royal patronage. This is stated in the message of the royal family in Instagram.

Recall that the son of the British Queen Elizabeth II, Duke of York Andrew was suspected of sexual violence. Virginia Roberts Giuffre claims that in 2001, when she was 17 years old, Epstein forced her to have sex with the prince three times.

The American court ordered Andrew to testify under oath.

In 2019, the prince gave an interview to the BBC, in which he tried to prove his innocence, but failed completely. After the interview, he had to step down as a member of the royal family and go into the shadows.

We add that Prince Andrew was a close friend of the financier Jeffrey Epstein. The latter was accused of creating a criminal network engaged in the sexual exploitation of underage girls. In 2019, Epstein was arrested, he subsequently committed suicide without waiting for the trial. In December 2021, a jury found his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell guilty of forcing minors into prostitution.
