The Metropolitan Public Water and Sanitation Company (Epmaps) of Quito will temporarily modify the opening hours of its headquarters, located on Mariana de Jesús avenue between Italy and Germany, north of the city.
Until January 23, face-to-face care at this agency will be offered from Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00.
After that time, all requirements will be managed through the institutional email: atencion.cliente@aguaquito.gob.ec.
Users who wish to receive face-to-face care are recommended to attend the Quicentro Sur and El Condado agencies. There they will be received according to the last digit of the identity card, according to the following order:
