“Not a cigarette”: singer Marina Khlebnikova for the first time named the probable cause of the fire in her apartment

A short circuit could have caused the fire in the Moscow apartment of the singer Marina Khlebnikova. This was reported by the artist herself.

“I admit how it was: I fall asleep under the computer. Most likely, I put in one charger – the phone, because I dropped everything off after the trip, the second … That is, there was still a fairly strong load. If I fell asleep, then there could well have been a short circuit, ”the singer explained on the air of Andrey Malakhov’s program.

At the same time, the performer of the hit “Cup of Coffee” did not comment on the version that she could allegedly fall asleep drunk and with a smoldering cigarette in her hands.

In turn, the daughter of the singer Dominica said that her mother had not smoked in the apartment and had not drunk for the last one and a half years.

The fire in Marina Khlebnikova’s apartment occurred on November 18. The artist with severe burns to the head and body was taken to the Sklifosovsky Research Institute. The famous plastic surgeon Hayk Babayan assessed Khlebnikova’s chances to fully recover from burns.
