Kazakhstani public figure calls the introduction of CSTO troops into the country a big political mistake

The well-known Kazakhstani businessman and public figure Maruglan Seisembay called the appeal of the country’s President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev to the CSTO a big political mistake.

“This will lead to a state of lack of control. Although discipline is established in this way, the Kazakh people will never forgive you for giving the sovereignty of our country to Russia. The struggle will involve people who did not participate in political protests, because the topic is not politics, but the topic is now shifting to the issue of independence and sovereignty, ”Seisembay writes on Facebook.

In his opinion, the authorities of Kazakhstan should turn to the most famous people of the republic and ask for help. “Then we would all unite and put things in order in the city without any CSTO. There would be less bloodshed in this version, ”the public figure said.

He noted that in the current situation, public figures of Kazakhstan cannot call on young people to discipline, since then the authorities will begin to consider them people behind the riots.

Seisembay noted that if the Kazakh authorities are unable to restore order, tomorrow Russian troops will have to shoot citizens to establish discipline. “The shot can be for some purpose, but it can open a war. Think again, those in power! ” – called on the public figure.
