The supposed antisocial put a hand in one of the rear windows of the red car.
After that, the driver of the vehicle, in his eagerness to prevent the theft, sped up the car, while the partner of the alleged offender followed them on a motorcycle.
Although the fact is public knowledge, so far there has not been an official complaint from the victim and the Police have not ruled on it either.
The video of the event was recorded in one of the security cameras that are installed in some homes in the sector belonging to the El Guayacán parish.
