Cabildo maintains collection with a 10% discount in the first fifteen days of this month.
Ambato
Delia Supe came this Monday 3 to cancel the value of the property tax for a property in the Picahua parish, in order to benefit from the 10% discount that was established the first fifteen days of January in that process in the Municipality of Ambato.
This morning there was an influx of users, who even lined up outside the property.
“I paid $ 230 of the property tax, somewhat less than the previous year because I did not do it on time, for that reason in 2022 I went early to comply with this obligation,” said Supe, who also assured that the attention was acceptable and there was no long delay in payment.
However, Narcisa Tilapanta realized that despite arriving early it took her a long time to cancel the property tax and said that they charged a similar value to the previous year, something that she considered good in a season of economic crisis for families as a result of the pandemic.
For his part, Néstor Andrade, another user, highlighted as positive the enabling of nine physical sites in different sectors for the cancellation of the tax. In the facilities of the center building, for example, chairs were placed to be comfortably seated in the shade until waiting for the turn to cancel.
The nine places authorized to cancel are the Services balcony of the parent building in Huachi Chico, central municipality, on Bolívar and Castillo streets; in Public Services on Pillahuazo Street; Norte de Izamba agency; Traffic address in La Merced; Vehicle Registration agency on the road to Picaihua, Troya park sector; South Terrestrial Terminal in Huachi Grande; as well as the Modelo and Simón Bolívar markets.
Marlene Guerrero, General Treasurer (e) of the Ambateño council, commented that the mobile collection unit will attend until January 21 from 08:00 to 16:00, for payments in rural parishes according to a schedule that is established in coordination with the presidents of the parochial boards.
It will be in San Bartolomé de Pinllo on Monday 3 and Tuesday 4 January, in Ambatillo on Wednesday 5 and Thursday 6, and in Atahualpa from Friday 7 to Sunday 9.
Starting the following week, they will be at Augusto N. Martínez (Monday 10 and Tuesday 11), Juan Benigno Vela (Wednesday 12 and Thursday 13), Quisapincha (Friday 14, Saturday 15 and Sunday 16), Constantino Fernández (Monday 17 and Tuesday 18), Pasa (Wednesday 19), Pilahuín (Thursday 20) and in San Fernando (Friday 21).
