The body of a lifeless man shot in the head was found this Sunday morning, January 2, at the Santa Rosa de El Comunal site, located at kilometer 17 of the El Carmen-Pedernales road, in the north of Manabí. .
Several inhabitants of the place stated that on Saturday at approximately 11:30 p.m. they saw a car pass by on the street that is on the edge of the park, heading towards the river and then they heard a firearm detonation.
That night, the residents saw that the same car left by another road and then took the road to Pedernales, they told the Police.
