In addition, oily fish such as herring and mackerel have an anti-inflammatory effect due to their omega-3 and therefore reduce the frequency and severity of headache attacks.
Finally, you can relieve the unpleasant condition with the help of ginger tea, which has anti-inflammatory and antihistamine properties, and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
On the other hand, foods that can trigger pain include tyramine-rich smoked meats, red wine, canned food, chocolate, bananas, and pine nuts.
