At the Yekaterinburg airport Koltsovo, passengers have been waiting for more than a day to fly to Antalya, and the departure time has been postponed several times, the portal E1.RU reports.
Azur Air flight ZF-9695 on the Ekaterinburg-Antalya route was scheduled for 06:30 on December 30, but the flight was repeatedly postponed. During their stay at the airport, passengers were provided with hot meals at Shokoladnitsa only once.
Outraged passengers turned to the transport prosecutor’s office. According to TASS, the Sverdlovsk transport prosecutor arrived at the airport due to a long delay, having organized a mobile reception for citizens.
243 passengers were registered for the flight, 55 of them are children. “The reason for the delay is the airline’s decision,” the press service of the Ural Transport Prosecutor’s Office said.
As REN-TV notes, the passengers received explanations from the prosecutor on the law on the protection of consumer rights, a collective appeal was adopted, the consideration of which was monitored.
