The Association of Private Banks of Ecuador (Asobanca) reported that during the New Year’s holiday, moved to Friday, December 31, 2021, banking attention through the window will be carried out only in those agencies that operate in deferred hours.
The union indicated that for more information on which agencies are authorized for this modality, users are recommended to consult the official channels of banking entities.
In this way, some banks have already reported their hours for this end of the year session.
SCHEDULE
- Guayaquil Bank: There will be no attention in any of its agencies nationwide on December 31, 2021 as well as on January 1, 2022. Customers will be able to make their transactions at any time from their app, Virtual Banking or Chat BG.
- Bolivarian Bank: There will be no service in agencies nationwide from December 31, 2021 to January 2, 2022. Customers will be able to make their inquiries and transactions through the BB Multichannels.
- Producer: December 31, 2021, from 10:00 to 14:00 || City Mall, Mall del Sur, Village Plaza, Quicentro Sur, El Jardín, CC San Luis, Quicentro Norte // January 1, 2021, closed; attention only through digital channels.
- Amazon Bank: There will be no attention at its Guayaquil and Quito agencies on December 31, 2021 as well as on January 1, 2022. Clients of this banking entity will be able to carry out their procedures in the Servipagos Network at the national level or from digital channels: electronic banking and mobile banking.
- International Bank: On December 31, 2021, as well as on January 1 and 2, 2022, it will serve its customers only through its electronic channels Mobile Banking, Online Banking, Telephone Service and ATMs.
- Solidarity Bank: December 31, 2021, from 10:00 to 14:00 || DC. Banking services
