A motorcyclist died in a collision with a passenger bus in Manabí

The motorcycle on which Carlos Robinson Sánchez Pinargote, 29, was riding, was left under a bus from the Reales Tamarindos passenger transport cooperative, which was traveling between Pichincha and Portoviejo. Sánchez was also left, lifeless, under the heavy vehicle

The circumstances of how the accident occurred are investigated by the authorities. The collision occurred in a curve at the height of the La Balsa site, belonging to the Abdón Calderón parish, about 20 kilometers east of Portoviejo.

Paúl Tacuri, head of accident rate for the National Police in Manabí, pointed out that on Wednesday night, when the accident occurred, the cause of the accident had not been confirmed. A few meters from the body removal work, a woman screamed wanting to observe the body of her deceased son.
