Four people are suspected of using and facilitating the delivery of fraudulent documents.
This Wednesday, Ministry of Public Health (MSP) filed a complaint in the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) for allegedly falsification and use of false documents, which are related to vaccination cards or certificates against COVID-19.
The institution reported that there are fourth suspicious people to use and facilitate delivery.
The Vice Minister of Governance and Health Surveillance, José Ruales, pointed out that the complaint was formalized in writing and made a call to citizens to denounce if they have information. “The necessary investigations can be carried out,” said the official.
Ruales recalled that the Government ordered the mandatory vaccination against COVID-19. He reiterated that controls are exercised by presenting the inoculation card or certificate in non-essential establishments, such as cinemas, restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets, among others.
The document requirement to enter to these places has been in force since December 23, by resolution of the national Emergency Operations Committee (COE).

The deputy minister stated that the decision to force vaccination is due to the epidemiological emergency due to the high contagion of omicron, which is already a community. In addition, he emphasized that it is within the legal powers. “As with hepatitis, yellow fever and childhood vaccines,” he said.
The State portfolio has 870 health centers, municipal vaccinations and 140 mobile brigades that travel through neighborhoods and remote areas. (I)
