Mikhail Bopposov from Yakutia presented a new sculpture made of dung – this is a family of tigers. He chose the animal as a symbol of the upcoming year 2022 according to the Eastern calendar.
As the master with all-Russian fame told News.Ykt.Ru, he made the figures together with his brother. According to the wife of the master, Zoya Petrovna, Mikhail made the sculpture despite a serious illness. Last summer he was diagnosed with cancer. As a result of the treatment, the foreman is better, but he can no longer keep the cows. Nevertheless, they managed to find material for the sculptures.
He conveyed through his wife that the tiger family is a wish that Yakut families multiply and that each of them has at least three children.
“In the coming year, we wish all Yakutians, of course, health. Let the coronavirus pass. Be strong in spirit, love and value life, ”the family members wished.
Mikhail Bopposov from the village of Walba made the first sculpture from dung at the end of 2011. Since then, his holiday sculptures have invariably delighted Russians: a giant cobra, horses, monkeys, a bull crushing a coronavirus with its hooves, the Internet meme Zhdun, etc.
