In the Krasnodar Territory, a court sentenced 33-year-old Dmitry Yegorin, who was found guilty of the murder of four people.
The investigation and the court established that on May 28, 2018, a drunken Yegorin in the village of Otrado-Kubanskoye obscenely insulted a passing car driver. Stopping, the man tried to find out the reason for the insult, but Yegorin beat him.
On October 21 of the same year, Yegorin took spare keys from his mother’s car and stole her VAZ-21074 car.
Also, Egorin, near one of the shops in the village of Otrado-Kubanskoye, met his former partner, who, as a witness, testified in a criminal case, exposing Yegorin of the threat to kill her son in September 2018. He began to persuade the woman to give false testimony to the police, and also hit her several times in the face, but the woman refused. After that, Yegorov took her to a forest belt, where he forced her to dig the ground with his hands, saying that there was a pistol under the ground, with which he would take her life. Then he beat her again.
Wanting to hide the traces of the crime, on the night of November 20, 2018, the defendant dragged a friend to an abandoned house on Pochtovaya Street, tied her to a bed, but the woman was able to free herself and fled.
On November 29, 2018, Yegorin drank alcoholic beverages with his four acquaintances in the village of Otrado-Kubanskoye. There was a quarrel and the man killed all four.
By a court verdict, on the basis of the jury’s verdict, Dmitry Yegorin was sentenced to life imprisonment, which he should serve in a special regime colony.
