The reasons for the death, estimated Toral, were due to the explosion, as the body had multiple wounds on the face and other parts of the body caused by the elements that “jumped all over the place.”
Toral indicated that the legality of the factory is being investigated.
To avoid more misfortunes during the end of the year festivities, Toral recommended that those who dedicate themselves to this activity take due precautions in handling them. While the citizens asked not to buy them.
Authorities are investigating how the blast occurred. (I)
