Several violent events occurred in Zone 8 between the night of Saturday 25 and the early hours of Sunday 26.
Justo Vicente Loor González, 23, died on the night of this Friday the 25th at the Guasmo Sur hospital, in Guayaquil.
He had been shot at in the Guayas y Quil cooperative, in that same sector of the Buenos Aires city. Due to the seriousness of the gunshot wounds, the citizen died minutes later.
Police agents reported that when they went to the health center, medical personnel told them that the subject had arrived with gunshot wounds, did not resist and died.
In the police report, it was detailed that the victim had no criminal record.
Other violent events were registered in Zone 8, which includes the Guayaquil, Durán and Samborondón cantons, on the night of Saturday 25.
Two murdered and two wounded with a firearm in the north and south of Guayaquil
Around 9:00 p.m., citizen Erick Carrión was shot in the Duran canton. According to police information, this murder is related to the crime of micro-trafficking.
Hours later, at 02:00, in the Esteros district (Guayaquil), Leopoldo Solís was assassinated in a street fight. The subject was attacked with a blunt weapon.
Criminalistics personnel and the National Directorate of Violent Deaths (Dinased) went to these areas to gather evidence in order to identify the aggressors and the motives for these crimes. (I)
