After an analysis of the current situation of the National Social Rehabilitation System, the Sectorial Security Cabinet, for the time being, decided that the Armed Forces continue to provide security in the external perimeter of the detention centers.
The elements of the Armed Forces will give support to the work of the National Police in the external zone, but they will also participate in the operations of controlling the possession and possession of firearms, ammunition and explosives, in accordance with the law.
